Shipping & Cancellation Policy
Free Shipping Across India: We offer free shipping on all orders within India.
International Shipping: A flat shipping fee of ₹1500 applies to international orders.
Order Cancellation: Orders can be canceled before they are dispatched. Once shipped, cancellations are not possible.
Return & Exchange Policy
Eligibility: Returns and exchanges are accepted within 3 days of delivery only for damaged or incorrect products. If your product arrives damaged or you receive the wrong product, you should email us at info@Radhekrishnaethnics.com along with a photo of the damaged product within 24 hours of delivery.
First Exchange: The shipping cost for the first exchange will be covered by us.
Second Exchange: If the customer initiates a second exchange, the shipping cost will be borne by them.
Exchange Process:

Provide your order number and details about the item you wish to exchange.

Attach an unboxing video along with your request.

Our team will guide you on the next steps, including any shipping instructions.
Return Shipping:

Customers are responsible for the return shipping.

We do not provide reverse pickup services, so customers must arrange their own return shipping.

We recommend using a trackable shipping method to ensure the safe return of the item.

Returns can only be initiated once per order. The replacement item cannot be returned.
When Exchange is Not Accepted?

Exchange is not accepted due to minor color differences (up to 10%) caused by screen resolution and lighting.

Exchanges are not accepted if the customer does not like the material or color of the product. We ensure the best quality material, and all product details are mentioned in the product description. Please read the details carefully before placing an order.

Exchanges are not accepted for specially customized pieces.

International Customers
